of work, he decides to go to town as a porter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He gives his ax to his neighbor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Will you keep it for me until I get back?<\/li><li><em>I keep it for you<\/em>&nbsp;said the neighbor.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The man leaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He returns a few years later. He goes to see his neighbor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<em>Neighbor, give me back my ax.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The neighbor answers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your ax, the cat ate it.<\/li><li><em>Is it possible ?&nbsp;<\/em>said the lumberjack.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No matter how much he begs, he can&#039;t get his ax back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One night, he slowly walks into the neighbour&#039;s house, takes his calf from him and takes it home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The neighbor sees his calf at the lumberjack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here they are both before the judge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Why did you steal your neighbor&#039;s calf?<\/li><li>I didn&#039;t steal it. It was a bird that brought it to me.<\/li><li>Poor fool! Can a bird grab a calf?<\/li><li>Mr. Justice, since a cat can eat an ax, why can&#039;t a bird grab a calf?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The judge understands the whole case.
