Leur territoire traditionnel inclut la partie des North Cascades situ\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de Washington.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>Okanagan<\/strong> (au Canada) ou <strong>Okanogan<\/strong> (aux \u00c9tats-Unis), sont une population d&rsquo;am\u00e9rindiens dont le territoire d&rsquo;origine s&rsquo;\u00e9tend de part et d&rsquo;autre de la fronti\u00e8re entre l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de Washington aux \u00c9tats-Unis et la province de Colombie-Britannique au Canada. Dans leur propre langue les Okanagan s&rsquo;appellent \u00ab\u00a0Syilx\u00a0\u00bb. Les <strong>Sanpoil<\/strong>, <strong>Hai-ai\u2019-nlma<\/strong>, <strong>Ipoilq<\/strong>, <strong>Nesilextcl\u2019n<\/strong>, <strong>.n.selixtcl\u2019n<\/strong> ou <strong>N\u2019pooh-le<\/strong> sont une tribu am\u00e9rindienne de la r\u00e9serve indienne de Colville dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de Washington aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
