God created the earth, people, nations and began to circumvent mountains, lakes, rivers, plains and fertile lands. He gave everything to everyone, but only the Kazakhs got the endless steppe. Then the people of the steppe pleaded and asked God for something else. How is it possible to live in the limitless steppe and among the deserts? And the Creator understood that he had inadvertently offended this respectable and nomadic nation.
The Creator looked into the bag where he kept sights of nature, and there were only remnants of mountains, several beautiful forests, several fresh rivers and lakes. But they were the best. God shook off the remains of his bag in the middle of the steppe, and the most beautiful lake in the world - Burabay appeared. It is known as Lake Borovoe – “Kazakh Switzerland”.
