Prior to any creation, this revelation was with Melek Ṭâ'ûs, who sent 'Abd Ṭâ'ûs into this world that he might separate the known truth from his particular people. This was done, first of all, by means of oral tradition, and then by means of this book, Al-Jilwah, which foreigners cannot read or see.

ToggleAl-Jilwah, the Book of Revelation: Chapter 1
I was, I am now and I will have no end. I exercise dominion over all creatures and over the affairs of all who are under the protection of my image. I am always there to help anyone who trusts me and calls me when needed. There is no place in the universe that does not know of my presence.
I participate in all the affairs that those outside call evil because their nature is not such as they approve of. Each age has its own director, who directs affairs according to my decrees. This office is changeable from generation to generation, so that the ruler of this world and his chiefs can fulfill the duties of their respective offices each in turn.
I allow everyone to follow the dictates of their own nature, but whoever opposes me will bitterly regret it. No god has the right to interfere in my affairs, and I have made it a mandatory rule that everyone should refrain from worshiping all gods.
All the books of those who are outside are altered by them; and they turned away from them, though they were written by prophets and apostles. That there are interpolations is seen in the fact that each sect strives to prove the others wrong and destroy their books. To me, truth and lies are known.
When temptation comes, I give my covenant to the one who trusts in me. In addition, I give advice to able administrators, because I have appointed them for periods known to me. I remember the necessary affairs and carry them out in due time. I teach and guide those who follow my instructions. If anyone obeys me and complies with my commandments, he will have joy, pleasure and goodness.
Al-Jilwah, the Book of Revelation: Chapter 2
I reward the descendants of Adam and reward them with various rewards that only I know. Moreover, power and dominion over all that is on earth, both above and below, is in my hands. I do not permit friendly association with others, nor deprive those who are mine and who obey me of all that is good for them.
I put my affairs in the hands of those whom I have tried and who agree with my desires. I appear in various ways to those who are faithful and under my command. I give and I take away; I enrich and I impoverish; I cause both happiness and misery. I do all this while respecting the characteristics of each era. And no one has the right to interfere with my management of affairs.
Those who oppose me, I afflict with diseases; but mine will not die like the sons of Adam who are outside. No one will live in this world longer than the time fixed by me; and if I wish, I send a person a second or a third time to this world or to another by the transmigration of souls.
Al-Jilwah, the Book of Revelation: Chapter 3
I lead to the straight path without a revealed book; I direct my beloved and chosen ones by unseen means. All of my teachings are readily applicable to all weathers and conditions. I punish in another world all those who do against my will. Now the sons of Adam do not know the state of things to come.
For this reason, they fall into many errors. The beasts of the earth, the birds of the sky and the fish of the sea are all under the control of my hands. All treasures and all hidden things are known to me; and as I wish, I take them from one and give them to another. I reveal my wonders to those who seek them, and, in due time, my miracles to those who receive them from me. But those who are outside are my adversaries, so they oppose me.
Nor do they know that such conduct is against their own interests, for power, wealth, and riches are in my hands, and I grant them to every worthy descendant of Adam. Thus, the government of the worlds, the transition of the generations and the changes of their directors are determined by me from the beginning.
Al-Jilwah, the Book of Revelation: Chapter 4
I will not give my rights to other gods. I allowed the creation of four substances, four times and four corners; for these are things necessary to creatures.
The books of Jews, Christians and Muslims, as well as those outside, accept in a sense, that is, insofar as they agree and conform to my statutes. Whatever is contrary to these they have modified; don't accept it.
Three things are against me, and I hate three things. But those who keep my secrets will receive the fulfillment of my promises. Those who suffer for me, I will surely reward them in one of the worlds. It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those outside prevail against them.
Now therefore, all of you who have followed my commandments and my teachings, reject all the teachings and words of those who are outside. I did not teach these teachings nor do they come from me. Do not mention my name or my attributes, lest you regret it; for you do not know what those who are outside can do.
Al-Jilwah, the Book of Revelation: Chapter 5
O you who believed in me, honor my symbol and my image, for they remind you of me. Observe my laws and statutes. Obey my servants and listen to whatever hidden things they may dictate to you.
Receive what is dictated, and do not bring it before those who are outside, Jews, Christians, Muslims and others; because they do not know the nature of my teaching. Don't give them your books, lest they modify them without your knowledge. Memorize most of them, lest they be altered.
Thus ends the book of Al-Jilwah, which is followed by the book of Maṣḥaf Reš, ie the Black Book.
