The Mythology Barbacoane include various peoples of South America following: Awá Kwaiker, Muellama, Pasto, Kokonuko, Ambaló, Guambiano, Totoró, Quizgó, Quillacinga, Chachi, Cararnqui, Tsáchila

It is a family of native South American languages spoken in northwestern Ecuador and southwestern Colombia, between the Cordillera de Andes and the Pacific.
